On going through the petition and considering the arguments of the petitioner as well learned APP, we find it proper to direct respondent No.2 to look into the allegations made by the petitioner and conduct a preliminary inquiry, if necessary, and take an appropriate decision on registration of FIR.

Respondent No.2 to submit the report to this Court as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from today. Stand over to 15th April, 2015.

Considering the nature of allegations made by the petitioner and in order to protect the reputation of the petitioner as well as of those against whom allegations are levelled, we deem it fit to direct that name of the petitioner or any matter pertaining to the petitions filed by the petitioner herein shall not be printed or published in the print or electronic media, without the leave of this Court.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO.66 OF 2015 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 288 OF 2015 Madhukar Padmakar Misra ....Applicant/ Intervenor In the matter between Mr. Javed R.Shaikh, advocate for the applicant. The intervenor is the brother of the petitioner. Intervenor has sought intervention on the ground that the petitioner is suffering from stress related issues. It is stated that the petitioner has discontinued her medication, due to which, she is having severe withdrawal effects and exhibiting mood swings and high irritability. The applicant has stated that the petitioner is unable to distinguish facts from reality and is unable to understand ramifications of her wild allegations on several innocent persons.

Considering the nature of allegations made by the petitioner and the statement of the applicant herein about the mental health of the petitioner, we deem it fit to allow the applicant to intervene, as in our view, the same would be in the interest of the petitioner. The application is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and and is disposed of as such.
