Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.

Today the matter is shown on board pursuant to the letter dated 17.2.2015 received from Judge, City Civil Court, Mumbai for extension of time to dispose of Notices of Motion No.3493 of 2003, 3494 of 2003 and 3495 of 2003 in Suit No.6954 of 2002.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the letter dated 17.2.2015, six months time is granted from today to dispose of above mentioned Notices of Motion.

Office is directed to inform the Trial Court immediately.
