A perusal of the note submitted by the office indicates that the learned trial Judge has further asked for further six months to dispose of the notices of motion. Learned counsel for the applicant in the notices of motion states that the evidence is being recorded by the learned trial Judge. The parties are directed to co-operate with 1/2

1-ao270-05g each other and with the learned trial Judge in early disposal of the notices of motion as directed by this Court, without any further delay. 2.

On the request of learned trial Judge, the time to dispose of Notice of Motion No.3493 of 2003, Notice of Motion No.3494 of 2003 and Notice of Motion No.3495 of 2003 in Suit No.6954 of 2002 is extended by another six months. The learned trial Judge shall make an endeavor to dispose of the notices of motion within the extended period.
