The above Civil Application has been field for seeking expeditious hearing of the above Civil Revision Application. The ground made out is that both the Applicant and the Respondents are senior citizens and one of the members of the family of the landlords who is arrayed as Respondent No.2 is suffering from Cancer. Having regard to the said ground made out, the hearing of the Civil Revision Application is expedited, and is directed to be listed for final hearing after the ensuing summer vacation in the week commencing 4th July 2016. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
