In view of limited relief claimed in the Petition, the Petition can be conveniently disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

By the present Petition, the Petitioner has claimed the following relief:

(a) This Hon'ble Court may issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction and be pleased to call for the record and proceedings in Revision Application No. 395 of 2017 and after examining the legality and validity of the same, be pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 to decide the same within 15 days. 3.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.3 submits that Respondent No.1 has already reserved the matter for order. 4.

In view of limited prayer made in the Petition seeking direction to 1/2

(22) WP 2035-19 decide the Revision Application in expeditious manner, Respondent No.1 is directed to decide the Revision Application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks, if already not decided. 5.

The Petition is disposed of in above terms.
