Pursuant to the order dated 5th February, 2019, we are informed that the Petitioner No.1 has deposited the amount of Rs.7.5 lakhs in this Court.

Upon instructions from the Petitioner No.1 who is present in Court, learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that a sum of Rs.12,62,380/- being 50% amount of Rs.25,24,760/- shall be deposited with DRAT in terms of the impugned order dated 4 February, 2019 of DRAT within two weeks from today. We accept the statement.

The Petitioners are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.7.50 lakhs which is deposited in this Court to enable them to 1/2
53-WP-1636-2019.DOC deposit the same with the DRAT. Registry to ensure expeditious payment of the amount of Rs.7.50 lacs to the Petitioner. 4.
The Petition to stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The Petitioner would be at liberty to seek appropriate orders from the DRAT. We record the statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondent - Bank not to take any coercive action for a period of 3 weeks.
