The petitioner alleges contempt of the order dated 3rd June, 2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 6610 of 2019. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the representation is not decided. The respondent no.1 has not followed the orders of this Court. The respondent no.1 in the communication pursuant to the representation of the petitioner has observed that the signature has been forwarded to the Handwriting Expert, the report is not yet received and the decision will be taken after the report is received.

We have heard the learned counsel for the respondents also. 4.

In Contempt Petition, we need not go into the merits of the order. This Court under order dated 3rd June, 2019 directed the respondent no.1 to decide the representation. The same is decided. The Contempt Petition stands purged.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed on his representation, then the petitioner may avail the remedy that may be permissible under law.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
