By this Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking directions against Respondent No.1 to consider the proposal for approval dated 04.04.2005 to the post of Peon, as expeditiously as possible.

Parties have agreed that reasons are not required to be recorded and for the following order to be passed : i) The Petitioner shall submit the relevant documents to the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 through the Management within a period of two days from today.

ii) Upon the receipt of the relevant documents, the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall remove the deficiencies and submit the proposal for approval to Respondent No.1 within a period of one week thereafter.

iii) Upon receipt of the said proposal, Respondent No.1 shall consider the proposal for approval of the Petitioner to the post of Peon within a period of eight weeks and shall communicate the decision to the Petitioner as well as Respondent Nos.2 and 3 within a period of one week from the date of decision.

Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
