After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the appellant, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the appeal. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. Hence, appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The offence is registered against the appellant on 23rd June 2021. The charge is not yet framed. The Special Court is directed to frame the charge as far as possible within three weeks from today and complete the recording of evidence as far as possible within six months from the date of framing of charge. The learned Sessions Court shall not be influenced by the withdrawal of this appeal. varsha
