Learned counsel appearing for the parties have agreed that the respondents shall appoint a sole arbitrator who shall be unconnected with the dispute in hand within two weeks from today and who resides in Pune and shall communicate the name of the learned arbitrator to the petitioner's advocate simultaneously.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner would not raise any issue regarding appointment of the learned arbitrator by the respondents in the arbitral proceedings. Statement is accepted.

Arbitration petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
