In crime No.19/2019 for offence punishable under sections 306, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Tasgaon police station, District Sangli, the applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail.

In the suicide note, in categorical terms, the deceased has referred to the conduct of the applicant which has abetted the suicide, perhaps for the reason that the applicant indulged in

Considering the contents of the suicide note, prima facie it can be inferred that the ingredients of section 306 of the Indian Penal Code are very much satisfied.

That being so, no case for pre-arrest bail is made out. The application is rejected.
