For the reasons to be recorded separately, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Bail Application No.388 of 2018, is allowed;

(ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R.No.I-234 of 2014, registered with Narpoli Police Station, Bhiwandi, District - Thane, on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) Applicant shall attend the trial Court on the date of hearing of the case, unless exempted by the Court;

(iv) Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence; (iv) Bail Application No.388 of 2018, stands disposed of.
