DATE : 9th DECEMBER, 2021 P.C:- By this contempt petition, the petitioner has prayed for action against the respondent under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful disobedience of the order dated 21st August, 2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 705 of 2019 thereby terminating the proceedings by directing the respondent no.5 to grant hearing to the petitioner and also the respondent no.1 in the light of the communication noted in the said order and to pass an order within six weeks from the date of the said order. Since the said order has not been complied with, the petitioner filed this contempt petition in the

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 tendered a copy of the letter dated 30th November, 2021 passed by the respondent no.1 granting approval by order dated 25th March, 2021 to the appointment of the petitioner w.e.f. 19th September, 1996. The said order has to be complied with.

The respondent no.2 is directed to send the proposal for payment and for horizontal approval to the respondent no.1 for implementing the said order dated 31st November, 2021 w.e.f. 19th September, 1996 within two weeks from today. Upon receipt of such proposal, the respondent no.1 to approve the said proposal within three weeks thereafter. A copy of the said approval shall be sent by the respondent no.1 to the petitioner as well as to the management within one week from the date passing of such order.

Contempt petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
