These are two appeals. One is preferred by the claimants and another is preferred by acquiring body MKVDC. Now both have Seema 1/2 SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date: 2021.12.18 13:19:04 +0530

512. FA 998 of 2016.doc settled the matter and they have settled the amount and that acquiring body has also agreed to pay those amounts within a period of four months, if any due.

The consent terms are signed by the claimants, the Special Land Acquisition Officer - authorized officer of acquiring body and their respective counsels. Though claimants are not there, they have signed it. The said consent terms filed in both the appeals are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 3.

It is submitted by the learned advocate Shri Gaurav Potnis that the learned advocate Shri B. B. Galande obtained their signatures. The learned advocate Shri B. B. Galande is not present and Shri Gaurav Potnis is authorized by learned advocate of Shri B. B. Galande to settle these matters. That authority letter is taken on record and marked as 'Y' for identification.

In view of the above, both the appeals are disposed of. 5.

Refund of Court fees if any, in accordance with rules. 6.

In view of the disposal of the Appeals, Civil Applications, if any, stands disposed of.

7.

Claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount from the Reference Court, to the extent to which they are entitled as per the Award passed by learned Reference Court alongwith accrued interest.
