The applicant is apprehending his arrest in C.R.No.131 of 2019 registered with Waliv police station invoking Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act.

In the order passed below Exh.1 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.926 of 2021 at the hands of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai on 06/12/2021, it is recorded that the police report indicates that the applicant is not cooperating in the investigation. The learned Judge has also recorded that the role of the applicant is not at all mentioned M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 18 ABA-390-22.doc and no details of any rent agreement are given. Further, other two persons are absconding. Therefore, considering the reasons cited in the police report and recording that the applicant did not render his co-operation in the investigation, the application came to be rejected. I am not persuaded to adopt a different course other than the course adopted by the learned Judge.

The application is rejected.
