Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already filed an Application seeking copies of the loan documents before the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Society, Pune. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has fairly stated before us that the only document the Petitioner is pressing is the Statement of Account in respect of the loan taken by the Petitioner.

In the circumstances, the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Society, Pune shall pass appropriate orders on the Application of the Petitioner directing that the Petitioner be furnished with the copy of Statement of Account by the Respondent No.1-Society. Such order shall be passed Uday.P.Kambli 1/2
