Learned APP submits that prayer is to amend leave period in parole and furlough rules as the prisoners who are from other State require minimum 24 hours to reach to their native place. 2.

We find that such prayer cannot be considered in absence of a concrete and specific challenge.

We, therefore, dispose of the Petition.

Order be served upon the prisoner in jail.
