It is brought to our notice that by a notice dated 16.09.2021, the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Haveli has fixed the joint measurement to be taken with regard to the land bearing Survey No. 43/9B on 29.09.2021 from 09.30 a.m. The apprehension expressed by the Petitioners before us is that after carrying out the joint measurement, the Petitioners will be dispossessed from their lands. It is, therefore, submitted that the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Haveli be restrained from carrying out the measurement as per the notice dated 16.09.2021. We are not inclined to do so, however, we pass the following order:- (i) Joint measurement of the land bearing Survey No. 43/9B shall be carried out by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Haveli on

(ii) If any action is proposed to be taken against the Petitioners, the same shall be taken only after giving a week's notice to the Petitioners to enable them to impugn the same before the appropriate Court / authority.
