Learned APP points out that orders dated 09.07.2019 rejecting furlough leave and dated 21.11.2019 dismissing the Appeal impugned before this Court form subject matter of challenge in Criminal Writ Petition No. 18 of 2020 which has been dismissed on 22.01.2020 by Aurangabad Bench.

Second petition for very same challenge is, therefore, not tenable. 3.

We, therefore, dismiss the present Petition.

Order be served upon the prisoner in jail.
