Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned 2.

By this application, the applicant seeks modification of the condition imposed by this Court in clause (ii) of the Order dated 5th May, 2014, passed in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.84 of 2014. The said clause (ii) read thus :- "ii) He shall attend the police station on every Saturday between 4.00 to 6.00 p.m. till filling of the charge sheet."

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the applicant has been attending the concerned police station from May, 2014 till date, pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 5th March, 2014. She submitted that till date, charge-sheet has not been filed in the said case. 4.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the order dated 5th March, 2014, is modified to the extent, that "the Applicant shall now attend the police station, as and when required." The rest of the conditions imposed vide Order dated 5th May, 2014, passed in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.84 of 2014, shall remain same.

The application is allowed to the extent aforesaid and is accordingly disposed of.
