The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions states that Revision Application preferred by the Petitioner before the State Government (a copy of which is annexed as Exhibit-R) is still pending. His grievance is that without passing any order, the Revision Application has been kept pending for last more than 10 years. The learned AGP has no instructions on this aspect. 2.

Considering the limited grievance, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order :-

ORDER

(i) We direct the Petitioner to appear before the Revisional Authority on 29 th October, 2015 at 3.00 pm. If the Revision Application is already disposed of, a copy of the order be provided to the Petitioner;

(ii) If the Revision Application is not yet disposed of, the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and preferably before 31 st January, 2016;

(ii) All contentions on merits are kept open.
