We are informed that the auction in respect of the subject land is scheduled on 29th February, 2020. The Petitioner has already filed Securitisation Application, which is due to come up on 6th March, 2020 before the DRT, Hyderabad, who is holding charge of DRT, Pune. 2.

We are not inclined to stay the auction. We however direct that no further steps shall be taken pursuant to the auction for a period of two weeks from 29th February, 2020.

The Writ Petition to stand disposed of. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and DRT, Hyderabad would be free to pass orders in the Securitisation Application as it deems appropriate.
