After the order dated 15/02/2016 was made in this Writ Petition, this Court was moved by the petitioner vide praecipe dated 17/02/2016. The petitioner has appeared in this Court in person along with his Counsel Mrs. Irani.

The petitioner has handed over duly signed Annexure 'H' to be annexed to the passport renewal form, in order to facilitate the renewal of his son Parshva's passport which is otherwise due to expire on 09/03/2016. The petitioner has stated that he will render every possible co-operation in the matter of renewal of Parshva's passport and also for the purposes of enabling Parshva to obtain a visa. He has

2 WP 1776-16.doc-910 stated that he will comply with the order made by the Family Court at Bandra on 08/02/2016 below Exh.161 and submit the necessary documents to Parshva's school latest by 23/02/2016, so that there is no difficulty for Parshva, either to renew his passport or to obtain his visa. He says that if anything is required to be done by the school authorities or the passport authorities in this regard, he will cooperate and do the needful without there being any necessity of the Court order. All these statements made by the petitioner are both, accepted as well as appreciated.

The petitioner has also handed over Demand Draft in an amount of Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand Only) to the respondent which amount Parshva can utilize for the purposes of his school tour to Rome.

The petitioner has also handed over a photocopy of his passport for the purposes of Parshva's passport. 5.

In view of this developments, there should be no difficulty for Parshva to get a renewal of his passport at the earliest. In matters such as these, there is no doubt that even the passport authorities will act with utmost dispatch and see to it that Parshva's passport is renewed as early as possible.

In view of the aforesaid, the order made by this Court on 15/02/2016 is recalled and this petition is disposed of in terms of the order now made.

The statement by Mr. Lalwani, learned Counsel for respondent, that the respondent has already taken some steps on the basis of order dated 15/02/2016, is also noted. 8.

This petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 9.
