Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.4. The learned AGP represents first to third Respondents. Applicants are claiming to be the members of the Writ Petitioner which is an unregistered Society. Therefore, Applicants want themselves to be impleaded as the Petitioners in place of the original Writ Petitioner.

Without going into the issue of locus of the Applicants to maintain the Petition, the Application deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks. Place the Petition on 16th April, 2015 in the category of "Fresh Matters".
