At the outset, learned APP makes a statement on instructions that the investigating agency does not want custody of the present Applicant. But he may be directed to attend the concerned police station on particular dates. 2.

Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) In the event of his arrest in connection with M.E.C.R. No.01 of 2016, dated 29/09/2016, registered with Charkop Police Station, Mumbai, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 01/03/2022, 02/03/2022 and 03/03/2022 between 01.00 to 04.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigation.
(iii) In addition, the Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.
