Parties through their Counsel. The only grievance made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is that the Petitioner's appeal against the order dated 25th January, 2016 passed by the Additional Collector Kolhapur in Dispute No. 572 of 2015 though filed on 2nd February, 2016 before the Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, but the same has not yet

WP.1785/2016(P-4) been decided by the Commissioner, Pune. According to the Petitioner in the said appeal a prayer for interim relief has also been made, but that prayer has also not been considered by the Commissioner.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited grievance we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing the Commissioner, Pune before whom the appeal is pending to decide the application for stay or the appeal itself as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Petitioner to appear before the Commissioner, Pune on 18th July, 2016. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
