By this application, the applicant seeks stay to the execution, implementation and/or effect of the order dated 11th December 2020 passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 2nd Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai, by which the learned Judge was pleased to issue the non-bailable warrant as against Mauzam Mushtaq Kazi. 2-IA-643-2021.doc Learned counsel for the applicant informs that during the pendency of this application, the applicant was arrested on 17th January 2022 and was released on bail on the very next day i.e. on 18th January 2022 on deposit of Rs. 5,00,000/-. He submits that in view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the application. In view of what is stated aforesaid, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
