Mr. Manoj Kudmate, attached to Chembur Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, police have filed chargesheet on 10th August, 2018 in the Court of 11th Metropolitan Magistrate, Kurla, Mumbai and the same has been numbered as C.C.No.2475/PS/2018. 2) In view thereof, learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to adopt alternate remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C., before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
