Ms Das, learned Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the appeal from order, as, the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled through the process of mediation. It is submitted that the suit has already been withdrawn before the trial Court. 2.

Mr.Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 3 has tendered a copy of an order passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane, in R.C.S.No.938/2018, dated 7.6.2022, which, is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the statement made at the Bar, the appeal stands dismissed, as withdrawn.
