This is an application seeking restoration of the application, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the conditional order passed by this Court on 30/11/2018. The applicant was directed to furnish spare copies within one week. The application was dismissed as the spare copies were not supplied within one week.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently, the applicant had again served upon the respondent No. 2 instead of respondent No. 1. In view of this, Talwalkar
