P.C. :- 1] The respondent - Anil S. Gadre, who is present in the Court, has stated that he has not made the deposits as directed by orders dated 16 June 2015 and 3 August 2015.

2] The order dated 3 August 2015 was a self operative order inasmuch as it was stated therein that if the respondent- Anil fails to make any deposits by the extended date, i.e., 10 August 2015 the interim order in operation in his favour shall stand vacated. 3] Accordingly, in view of the statement of the respondent - Anil Gadre that no deposits has been made, it is clarified that the interim order in faovur of the respondent-tenant, who is the petitioner in main Petition, stands vacated.

4] Accordingly, Civil Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. (M. S. SONAK, J.) 1/2
