The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner, who had lodged the FIR, had made a representation that the offence under Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code should also be included. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the same has been done and therefore, the present Petition does not survive.
