The record discloses that an order passed by the Co-operative Appellate Court on Interim Application pending disposal of the dispute before the Co-operative Court at Kolhapur is a subject matter of challenge in these petitions, which are pending from the year 2007 for admission. In all probability, as the dispute might have been decided before the Co-operative Court, that the parties are not attending the present petition.

In such circumstances, the writ petitions are dismissed for want of prosecution, with no order as to costs. 4.
