We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

In fact, the petitioner ought not to have filed the present writ petition. Under order dated 19th October 2022 in Writ Petition No. 12325 of 2022, we had requested the Tribunal to consider the original application filed by the petitioner expeditiously considering the urgency as spelt out by the petitioner.

It is submitted that now the Tribunal has kept the matter on 2nd March 2023 for final arguments. The petitioner may request the Tribunal for early hearing. It is submitted that the petitioner would be age barred next year. The said fact can also be brought to the notice of the Tribunal. We are sure that the Tribunal would consider the urgency put-forth by the petitioner. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
