The Learned Counsel for the parties i.e. Mr. T. R. Yadav for the Petitioner and Mr. Arvind Kothari for the Respondent No.2, tender Minutes of the Consent Order bearing today's date. The Learned Counsel pray that the Petition be disposed of in terms of the said Minutes of the Consent Order. The said Minutes of the Consent Order have been signed by the parties and by their Advocates. In so far as the Respondent No.2 is concerned, Mr. V. K. Bodhare has signed the same as and by way of identification. The Petitioner, Respondent No.1 and the Respondent No.2 when put in the box and queried have stated that they have signed the said Minutes of the Consent Order of their own free Will and volition and that the same are acceptable to them. The Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Minutes of the Consent Order. The said Minutes of the Consent Order are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
