1. By this Interim Application, applicants seeks impleadment as the 1/3

respondents in this writ petition. It is the case of the applicants that any order that would be passed in favour of the petitioners in writ petition would affect the rights of the applicants. Statement is accepted.

2. Mr. Patwardhan, learned counsel for the petitioner in this writ petition states that there are proceedings going on between parties inter se. The petitioner has no objection to the impleadment of the applicants to the writ petition. Statement is accepted.

3. The interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment shall be carried out within one week from today. Papers and proceedings shall served upon the newly added parties.

4. It is made clear that merely because we have permitted the applicants to be impleaded as party respondents, this order does not decide any right in favour of the applicants against petitioners. Copies of the amended writ petition shall be served upon learned counsel for the applicants within two days from the date of carrying out the amendment,

5. Applicants would be at liberty file affidavit in reply to the writ petition within two weeks from the date of service of the amended copy by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Rejoinder, if any, 2/3

shall be filed within one week from the date of service of affidavit in reply by the newly added parties.

6. Place the matter on board for 'admission' on 14 th November 2022.
