Heard Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel for applicant/petitioner. 3.
As the regular Court presided over by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.K. Tated is not available today for judicial work, Mr. Joshi has moved this Court as per the administrative order passed by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice. 4.
This application is taken out for recalling the order dated 26th November, 2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition [Stamp] No.24431 of
P-4-caw-st-3800-2019.odt 2018. By that order, the applicant was directed to remove all office objections on or before 8th January, 2019 failing which the Writ Petition was to stand dismissed without further reference of the Court. As the applicant did not remove office objections within the stipulated time, Writ Petition is dismissed in default.

Mr. Joshi assures that after restoration of the Writ Petition, he will remove all office objections within one week from today. He further states that the respondents have not entered appearance.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, C.A is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Writ Petition [Stamp] No.24431 of 2018 is restored to its original position. The applicant shall remove office objections within one week from today. Order accordingly. After restoration of the Writ Petition, it be placed before the regular Court.
