Mr. Tapkir states that the Petitioner has filed proceedings under Section 383 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 for revocation of the Heirship Certificate. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition. He has tendered a photocopy of R.C.S.No.428 of 2012 which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
