This is an application for modification of Order dated RajeP.

Aher 30th September, 2020. The applicant was granted anticipatory bail by this Court. By order dated 30th September, 2020 it was directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in C.R. No.2751 of 2020, registered with D. N. Nagar Police Station, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

It is submitted that the applicant was called at the police station for execution of the Order dated 30th September, 2020. The police are insisting for several documents on account of fact that the

Ganesh Lokhande 13-ia-532-2021.doc bail and the P.R. bond was to be executed by the sum of Rs.25,000/-. The applicant is poor person and he is not in position to furnish the requisite documents to sum up the bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-. It is therefore submitted that the PR bond may be reduced to Rs.15,000/-.

The applicant was charged for offence under Section 354 of IPC. This Court had granted him anticipatory bail. Considering the peculiar circumstances in the present case, Order dated 30th September, 2020 is modified.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in C.R. No. 2751 of 2020, registered with D. N. Nagar Police Station, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The application stands disposed of.
