7-ASWP-3169-2019.DOC 2.

The Petitioner has claimed back-wages for the period 6th October 2018 to 20th September 2019. It seems to us apparent that the Petitioner has other avenues of redress for this claim of backwages for this period. We leave it open to the Petitioner to pursue those while making it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the Petitioner's claim one way or the other in regard to that period.

3.

The Petition is, thus, disposed of in these terms leaving open the contentions of both sides in regard to the claim for back-wages for the period 6th October 2018 to 20th September 2019. 4.

In view of the disposal of the Petition, the Civil Application stands disposed of as infructuous.
