The above Writ Petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

B] By way of any appropriate writ or any other writ, order or directions in the like nature, Communication Letter dated 28.03.2022 bearing Outward No. MIDC/LAD/80772 issued by the Respondent No.2 the Dy.C.E.O., M.I.D.C. Mumbai and Correspondence Letter dated 31.03.2022 bearing Outward No. 30772/2022 issued by the Respondent No.3 the Regional Officer, M.I.D.C. Nashik to the Ld. S.D.O. Niphad, may kindly be quashed and set aside.

Sinnar, Dist. Nashik, in pursuance to the Representation dated 12.09.2022 submitted by the Petitioner., in the interest of justice."

The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner stated that he has instructions to unconditionally withdraw the above Writ Petition.

In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
