After considering all the relevant aspects of the matter, it will be proper, in my opinion, to modify the Condition (b) in paragraph 3 of the order dated 29th February 2012, as follows : avk 1/2

19-APPA-206-2015.doc "(b) i) The applicant shall report to the trial court once in three months till the disposal of the appeal, or until further orders of this court.

ii) The applicant shall report to the trial court on any working day before the 15th of the relevant calendar month. iii)The applicant shall commence reporting to the court from the month of April 2015 onwards."

The condition (b) is modified and substituted accordingly.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and to the aforesaid extent.
