Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 having taken instructions from the City Engineer of Respondent No.1-Corporation makes a statement that the impugned order dated 1st January 2019 passed by the City Engineer of Respondent No.1 shall be withdrawn with effect from today. The statement is accepted. In view of the statement, the grievance raised in the petition no more survives. The learned senior counsel for the Petitioner therefore seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
