Petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondents to register an FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's report dated 3rd December 2016.

Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP on instructions makes a statement that the said complaint of the Petitioner shall be looked into, appropriate decision would be taken and the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks from today. Statement accepted.

In the light of above, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly agrees that grievance of the Petitioner no more survives. In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of.
