This is a subsequent application seeking enlargement on bail. Earlier application was withdrawn on 14th February 2018 after this Court had opined that it was not inclined to grant bail. The learned APP upon instructions makes a statement that trial has commenced and one witness is examined. Therefore, it would not be necessary to go into the merits of the matter. The learned Sessions Judge, Baramati seized with Sessions Case No.68 of 2017 is requested to make an endeavour to expedite the trial as far as possible.
