This is an application wherein the prayer clause reads thus :
"It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court will be please to transfer criminal appeal to some other Sessions Court which can give immediate relief to the complainant / respondent."

16-APPLN-83-2017.doc Heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant. He argued that though paper book is ready, as the appellate court is busy, it is not in a position to take up the appeal and therefore it may be transferred to some other court.
Nothing is placed on record to show any attempt made by the applicant to expedite the hearing of the appeal by moving the court where the appeal is pending. The contention that the court is busy and therefore appeal is not taken up for hearing, in my opinion, does not constitute sufficient ground to transfer of appeal from one court to another.
Therefore the application is rejected.
