These are applications for restoration of Civil Revision Application (St.) No.99288 of 2020 and Interim Application (St.) No. 99289 of 2020; and condonation of delay in filing Restoration Application. 2.

By an Order dated 26th August 2021, the Registrar (Judicial-II) had directed the Revision Applicant to remove Office objections within stipulated period, failing which the Revision Application would stand dismissed. As the Revision Applicant did not comply with the said Order dated 26th August 2021, it came into effect and Revision Application stood dismissed.

There is a delay of 74 days in filing the present application. Perusal of application would indicate that, sufficient cause for condonation of delay and for restoration of Revision Application and Interim Application is made out.

In view thereof, delay is condoned and Civil Revision Application along with Interim Application are restored to the file. 4.

Applicant is directed to remove Office objections, if not removed earlier, within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the Revision Application along with Interim Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
