The Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 113 of 2017 for an offence punishable under Sections 302, 109, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 (25) of the Arms Act. The Applicant is arrested on 9th August 2017.

Apart from criminal antecedents what could be noticed is, the eye-witnesses have specifically named the Applicant viz - Ramesh Rangayya Madrasi, Umesh Ravi Kamble, Savita Manoj Bhoin and Satish Sangappa Kamble. Apart from above, there is recovery of blood stained clothes.

In view of the fact that strong incriminating material is available on record against the Applicant, no case for for grant of bail is made out. Hence, the Bail Application stands rejected. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
