This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 14th September 2017 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1928 of 2017.

No new ground is made out for re-considering the prayer for bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected, however, the trial of the applicant is expedited.
