The petition is filed for registration of FIR. Directions are sought on the basis of the complaint at "Exhibit C" at page 18. "Exhibit C" is a notice of the petitioner's advocate and on that basis, we are of the opinion that the police were justified in not registering the offence. We are, therefore, not inclined to interfere in this petition and same is, accordingly, dismissed.
